  4. This patch file solves the  display  problem (vertical line scrolling from
  5. top-to-bottom of the screen) on TVCoder when recording in PAL System.

  7. Use this file only if you  encountered problem after recording on VHS with
  8. PAL system.

  10. Do not change any other setting in this file as this could cause permanant
  11. damage to your hardware!!!
